Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season ground elk with Traeger Beef or Big Game Seasoning
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Smoke on the Traeger for 20 min (we used Hickory flavored pellets) 
  4. Finish on grill setting until desired temperature; we like medium rare.
  5. Fry 1 package of bacon.
  6. Assemble burger with bacon and add desired toppings and finish with Traeger Que Sauce.
