Ingredients

  • 1 toasted bagel of your preference
  • 1 grilled 5 oz piece of venison, mule deer or elk backstrap
  • 1 egg, fried to your liking
  • 1 slice cheese of your preference
  • 1 cup shredded hash browns (we use the frozen package)

Instructions

  1. Toast bagel and prepare shredded hashbrowns according to package. Grill backstrap. Fry egg (we use farm fresh from our chickens!)
  2. Lay the cheese slice on bottom of the bagel. Top with shredded hash browns and venison back strap. Finally, add egg.
  3. Enjoy!
